Actress Mamta Mohandas celebrated her birthday, which falls today, in a purposeful manner. She usually celebrates her birthday with family and relatives. But this time around, Mamta celebrated it on a jumbo aircraft with 360 special kids and their teachers, most of whom were on their maiden flight. The trip was organised by Air India in association with the Rotary Club Aluva.
During her short career of five years in films, Mamta Mohandas has done 30 films spanning all the South Indian languages. Presently, she is busy with a handful of assignments in Malayalam. She didn't sign a movie in Telugu after the disastrous Kedi. When asked about it, she says, "I'm carefully going through a couple of scripts. I want to make a comeback with a unique role. I feel more responsible now and am waiting for the right script."
